Our story

Built by a parent who couldn't find what his son needed.

"I went looking for a tool that would meet my son where he was — not where the exam expected him to be. I couldn't find one. So I built it."

OrbitPrep started with one student — a Year 7 boy in Melbourne's west who came to his passion for learning later than most, had some challenges along the way, and decided in Year 8 that he wanted to aim for selective entry.

His father — a data professional with two decades in the Victorian public sector — went looking for a preparation tool built around his son's actual starting point and interests. He couldn't find one. So he built it.
